Продавец отправил быстро. До Калининграда чуть меньше месяца (это норма). Описание подходит на все 100%. Покупались для подзарядки 18650 с защитой в полевых условиях от повербанка, либо от солнечной 5v панели для зарядки телефонов. Работает. Во время зарядки горит красным, потом зелёным. Заряжать исключительно батареи с защитой, ибо это чисто подача тока на + и - без каких либо датчиков и защит в конструкции. +++++

До Гомеля чуть больше месяца. Пришёл в упаковке "пупырке". Всё целое и невредимое. Подключил, вродь заряжает. Батарейка плотно не держится, но в целом не выпадает. Рекомендую.
